Payment Plans

We offer 4 attractive payment options

• Flexible 1: 20% payment upon signing, 20% after 3 months, 20% after 6 months, 20% after 9 months and the balance of 20% on Completion
• Fleixible 2: 30% payment upon signing, 30% after 4 months, 30% after 8 months and the balance of 10% on Completion
• All Upfront: 100% payment upfront (provides a 15% discount on the list price)
• Mortgage Payment: Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) has agreed to provide mortgage on completion of the development, with a LTV of 70%, therefore, the buyer will pay 15% on signing, a further 15% after 3months and the remaining 70% paid via SCB Mortgage *.
